Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 7–15 business days

  • New Zealand: 8–18 business days

  • Other International Locations: 10–20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance processes

  • Postal carrier disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

  • Events outside of our control (e.g. natural disasters, peak season congestion)

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us and we will investigate the issue.


Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to sender, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors

  2. Contact your local postal carrier
