Return Process
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
As we work with multiple fulfillment partners, return addresses vary depending on the product and situation. Any items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
In many cases involving faulty or damaged items, we may not require the item to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping Costs
If a return is required:

For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time
